In celebration of Jonathan's last year of his 20's, I booked a villa at the Marriott in Newport Coast for a little mini family vaca! It was an amazing weekend and even though we just got home yesterday, I'm ready to book another weekend down there!
When we first arrived, I was ready to relax on the balcony, enjoy a glass of champagne...I mean who wouldn't want to relax on that balcony!!??
And when I turned around, Jonathan was already playing with the little one...
ZOOOOOM!
I love that he's a little kid at heart <3
Besides going swimming at the pool...you can probably guess what she wanted to do for the rest of the weekend! :)
A couple hours a later my sis, Al and Ella showed up!
That night we just hung out in the room and relaxed :)
The next morning Jayden was up at 5!! So Jonathan and I were up bright and early! We decided to head out for a morning walk around the whole property! It was so quiet and we loved the views from the walking paths! Such a perfect way to start the day :)
After Jayden's nap, we were off to the pool!! I loved how the Marriott had a baby "tide pool" so Jayden was able to walk around in the water. It was the perfect size for her!
Jayden loved splashing in the water!! I can't believe how much she loves being in the water! She gets excited just seeing the pool!
I think we have a little fish on our hands!
When we got back to the room it was playtime :)
They are too cute together...all they are missing is Brooklyn!
All that playing wore her out!! This weekend she was a little cuddle bug! Whenever she was tired she would just lay her head on our shoulder (and we were loving it since she usually doesn't like to cuddle!) The first day she took 3 naps!!

That night my mom came down to watch the babies so Jonathan and I could go on a double date with Bre & Al! We went to Javier's down the street...of course Jonathan was blushing when the dessert showed up and the servers were singing Happy Birthday to Jonathan :)
Meanwhile...back at the hotel...
My mom played with Jayden and Ella for a few hours before bedtime.

The next day we just relaxed and hung by the pool...

Grandpa Scott and Grandma Pam also came down to stay the night so after some pool time, we ordered pizza and played cards! Of course the night we decide to stay up until 1 am playing card games Jayden decided to wake up super early the next day! We were exhausted!
After checking out the next morning, we packed up and headed down for the pool! Katie, Adam, Eli, Crystal & Adam came down to hang with us for a couple hours! The kids were so cute playing together in the pool...I wish I would have taken pics of them in the pool. The guys were throwing Eli halfway across the pool while Jayden was just splashing around! It's going to be so much fun when we can throw Jayden also!
After a few hours down at the pool, Jayden laid her head on my shoulder while we were in the water! I'm pretty sure that was a first! She was exhausted!!
Of course Eli & Jayden couldn't leave without catching a wave together :)
I told Jonathan on the way home we have to go down there again (hopefully longer next time)!
